3 Haute Couture shows you NEED to see

I love Haute Couture. Dreaming of dresses I’m gonna wear during my wedding while watching the shows with a bag of crisps on the couch. It always feels like a fairytale to watch the shows though. This time, I also watched some of them. But what did I liked about them?

Dior

I think when Dior changed from Raf Simons to Maria Grazia Chiuri, we all had to take a moment to get adjust to it. I was always a big fan of the creations of Raf Simons and the decors that came with it. But this couture show I think Chiuri did a very great job creating a magical vibe with masks and see through clothes. It reminds me of those big balls they have at a Disney movies.

Chanel

Watching Chanel Haute Couture is always a pleasure. Karl Lagerfeld never disappoints with his beautiful decors and matching clothes. I can still remember shows from three years ago. This time the show was at the Grand Palais. I told you before that Couture is the best moment to dream about the perfect wedding dress. This was really true when Luna Bijl closed the show in the most beautiful white dress. I also like the music here btw. Music is for me really important to get the right vibe at a fashion show.

Elie Saab

Glittery, Glittery. This shows makes me feel like wearing a big glitter dress as a child while looking at the reflection of the glitters in the mirror. The see through is also something I see in more shows. I love it. When you first think of see through you maybe think of celebrities almost naked at the red carpet. But this is so sophisticated. What do you think? And which one is your favorite dress?
